At Function Fitness, every member’s journey is unique and inspiring. Today, we’re celebrating the incredible progress of Ana, who joined us just nine weeks ago in October 2024. From the moment she stepped through our doors, Ana’s determination to transform her health and fitness has been nothing short of amazing.
When Ana first joined Function Fitness, she was motivated by a clear goal: to lose weight and improve her fitness. Like many, she was apprehensive about how the journey would unfold. However, she dove into our programs with a focus on high-intensity workouts and cardio. In just over two months, Ana has already made noticeable progress, losing 3kg along the way.
Fitness transformations are rarely smooth sailing. One of Ana’s biggest hurdles was keeping up with the group sessions due to a lack of stamina. Yet, instead of letting this deter her, Ana embraced the challenge, showing up consistently and pushing her limits.
Among Ana’s many milestones, one moment stands out: smashing a 115kg deadlift! This incredible accomplishment is a testament to her growing strength and confidence in her abilities.
For Ana, this is just the beginning of her journey. With a long-term goal of reducing her weight from 94kg to 68kg, she remains motivated and committed to achieving her vision. The progress she has made so far has set a strong foundation for what’s to come.
