Kickstart or One-to-One Coaching?

I get asked this a lot:
“Should I do the Nutrition Kickstart or go straight into one-to-one coaching with you?”

The answer?
It depends where you’re at. But for most women, especially if you’ve been stuck in a cycle of diets and “starting again Monday” for a while, the Kickstart is exactly where you need to begin.

Here’s why.

The nutrition kickstart:

Short, focused, and structured
Think of this as your reset button.
It’s six weeks of:

  • Simple, effective changes you can actually stick to

  • Clarity on what matters (and what doesn’t) when it comes to eating well

  • Support and accountability from me (but not pressure or perfection)

  • A low-commitment, high-impact way to get results without overwhelm

It’s a brilliant option if:

  • You’re tired of trying to “go it alone”

  • You want help building good habits, not following a rigid plan

  • You need structure but you’re not quite ready for a deep dive

  • You’re short on time and want to make the most of September

You’ll walk away with confidence, better routines, and a clear idea of what works for you.

One-to-one coaching:

Tailored, deeper, and longer-term

This is where we zoom in. We work closely over a longer period—usually 3–6 months or more—so we can:

  • Tweak your nutrition based on your lifestyle, goals, and challenges

  • Dive into mindset, stress, sleep, hormones, and more

  • Build a completely personalised approach that evolves with you

  • Keep the momentum going after the Kickstart, or if you already have a solid foundation

If you’ve already done the Kickstart or have a good base in place, then 1:1 might be the right next step.
