If you’ve spent years jumping between diets, slimming groups, calorie apps, and “starting again on Monday”… nutrition coaching might feel like a totally different world. And honestly? It is.
No shame. No rules. No weigh-ins in front of a group.
Just real-life support, a bit of structure, and a coach in your corner.
So what actually happens in your first few weeks? Here’s a little peek.
Most women come in expecting me to hand them a meal plan or ask them to track every calorie straight away. Nope.
We talk. I learn about your lifestyle, what’s worked before (and what hasn’t), and what you actually want.
You’ll leave with 1–2 simple focuses — think: adding protein to meals or eating at regular times. No overwhelm. No pressure to be perfect.
Here’s the thing no one tells you: changing how you eat doesn’t magically make your life less chaotic.
You’ll still be tired. Kids will still leave you half a fish finger. Work will still be busy.
That’s okay. This week is about practicing the small things and noticing how you feel when you do.
Around week 3, is usually when the excitement wears off and your brain starts whispering,
“Is this even working?” or
“I’ve slipped up already — may as well give up.”
Spoiler: this is completely normal.
It’s also why coaching matters. You’ll message me. We’ll chat it through. And we’ll adjust — not give up.
By now, the small changes we started with might be feeling more automatic. You’ve probably noticed more energy, more awareness of your food habits, and a bit more confidence.
You might not have dropped a dress size — and that’s not the point.
We’re playing the long game.
You’re building habits you can actually stick to — not grinding through a plan you can’t wait to quit.
if you’re nervous, that’s a good sign
It means you care. It means you’ve tried before. It means this time could be different — and it can be.
