What you get will depend on your membership, but we can guarantee you a friendly smile and warm welcome every time you step through the door. Your membership will also come with other benefits such as; high expertise on all your fitness queries, highly maintained and fresh facilities and many new friends who are all working torwards the same goals. 

Our opening times vary from day to day, you can find all our opening times  on the homepage. Make sure to follow our Facebook page for any scheduling changes. If in any doubt don’t be shy, pick up the phone. 

It’s now easier than ever to book in for our classes, just head over to the timetable tab and simply book in for the class you want. 

If you have been with us for a long time you may remember some restrictions on booking classes in advance. We no longer have these restrictions, we believe  that if your a regular then  you deserve your spot. 

We don’t tie you into any contract, it’s just as easy to stop your membership as it is to join up; Call, email, or sign in via you mind body account right here-https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/launch

We do have both male and female changing rooms, they both include showers although due to Covid -19 these are currently out of use. Throughout the gym we also have free lockers to help yourself to although we are asking you to only bring yourself, and your drink with you.

We are looking at increasing our opening hours to include some unstaffed hours, but for now there will always be a member of staff willing to help. If you can’t find us just ring the bell on reception someone will come running.
