Spin is a high energy cardiovascular workout with a brutal reputation. Yes, it is hard work. But don’t let that scare you off! You can tailor the class to your own fitness level… there’s always music to keep you moving… and you’ll feel great afterwards!
There are two types of spin class to choose from…
Our standard class is 45 minutes long. Most of that time is spent cycling, but if 45 minutes of cycling sounds scary… don’t worry. It includes a warm-up, warm-down, and stretching.
This class is made up of 20 minutes spinning, 15 minutes of core exercises, and 10 minutes stretching. It’s still hard work, but slightly easier than the standard spin class.
