High-intensity musical chairs
Like a game of musical chairs, you’ll be assigned an exercise ‘station’, perform the exercise for a while, then move to the next station when the music stops or the instructor shouts.
It’s pretty intense, but if you’re worried about your fitness levels, just go as hard as you can…
… and you’ll soon be doing sit-ups and press-ups in your sleep.
There’s also an ‘early bird circuits’ class that starts at 6am, so you can exercise before work and give yourself a boost for the day.
